4ème édition du projet Résilience
Un entraînement unique conçu pour travailler force et grâce.
Au cours de cette formation en 5 parties, nous allons explorer le Pilates et des séquences fluides de mouvements de danse inspirés par le Tribal Fusion. Nous entraînerons la concentration et le challenge et bien plus encore.


After my forced break (literally) from dance I am back and ready to move with you again! 

I plan to share my passion for movement through these workshops specifically designed with RESILIENCE at the forefront of each session. Multi disciplines will be infused into each day. We will work with a concept for each session and use games, tasks, challenges, drills, technique and movement sequences to explore and to grow together. 

My hope is you will come away with a  feeling of resilience, both physical and mental. Freedom through knowledge, exploration and sharing with others.
